I have reserved a small catfish which grows to like 7cm can't remember it's name, and will collect when tank is a little more mature

Want to add maybe 2 to the tank, something reasonable sized and works well in a community tank and remember the little catfish coming

Difficult, that one, you are getting close to your limit, really.
 
If the little catfish is a plec, they are very heavy on the bioload. I'd say 3 or 4 male endlers would look nice, though.

the catfish could be cories smaller synos or loaches or maybe bumblebees
