i am just wondering what would be better getting a reef ready aquarium or set it up by myself
which reef aquarium the best?

so would a 20galleon long be the best aquarium?

thx

Hmm, Well I would rather grow the reef myself but thats just me. After your done you can look back on all the water spills, amonia and nitrate spikes and say "Dam that took a long time". But its worth it :fun:

What do you mean by reef ready? Most often times in the industry reef ready stands for tanks that have been drilled for a sump...

i think he may mean like how the nano cube comes ready with all parts or to buy basic tank and all the hardware. am i right?

I prefer to set it up myself, most of the reef ready pacakges aren't actually reef ready as the lighting is pretty shoddy and the powerheads dont kick out enough flow :/

Up to you but i'd say DIY :good:
