i plan on empting tomorrow. cleaning as much as posible then filling with bleech solution and repeating a few times.
anyone think there will be a problem with this?

I Wouldnt clean it with bleech
Try maybe just soapy water once, then a second and third time with regular water to wash off any traces of soap

Leaving the tank outside will be fine, as long as it is dry. Water freezing in a tank can cause problems due to expansion from freezing. When tanks are shipped they don't use heated trucks, I'm running a few tanks that sat in my garage over the weekend.

Using bleach to sterilize a tank is no problem as long as you realize what you are dealing with, concentrated chlorine. I use it all the time on tanks & related equipment.

an easy way of cleaning a tank as well is with a lemon and sometable salt,
put some salt on a plate, cut the end off the lemon dip in thesalt and rub(just dont be to hard till the salt starts to desolve, and repete, you can slice the end of the lemon every now and then as you go,

seams to work bloody well, and just rice when done.

as for tank out side, as stated befor, as long as no water in it it will be fine, but if you have hevey frost/snow, just put a sheet or somthing over it.
