do you mean moorish idol? then yes, and they are near on impossible to keep long term as they dont feed well in captivity.

good begginer fish are:
clowns
chromis
cardinals
small reef safe wrasse
hawkfish
blennys
some dwarf angels

It depends on if you're buying everything new, the type of fish you get, etc. Get the biggest you can afford.

I'm going to have to buy everything new. By total budget is now 1500 including the tank. Would I be able to afford a 75 gallon tank or is that not going to be possible?
