Last I heard, you must actually own tank with a picture taken from your own camera. If that's not the case, I'd be winning FOTM every month by posting National Geographic photos.

Thats true but how do you know he dosn't own that tank that is on the site, he may have got it from them of they may have used his picture with or without his permission. Either way like you said "it needs investigating."

I for the moment will give the benfit of the doubt, but that is under review, pending an investigation by the mods.
