Tank Mates For 190 Planted Aquarium

I am turning my juwel trigon 190 litre into a planted aquarium with lots of bog wood but need some help on my tank mates.

At the moment I have:

2 x large angels
1 x smaller angel
1 x silver shark
1 x red tail shark
10 x penguin
10 x harlequins
3 x honey gourami
1 x bulldog pleco
2 x bristlenoses plecs
3 x red gobies

I would like to change this tank with more apistogrammas but need to know which fish need to be moved? Angels for sure as they look so big in there now!

Would also like cardinals to go with the plants - but open to suggestions?
