If it is one of the eclipse lights, you could try replacing the starter. It is that little round thing in the middle of the hood.

One of mine did this and it was the bulb. Most home centers sell the "basic" bulbs cheaper than the pet stores. If your keeping plants then obviously you need the better bulbs and will have to pay more.
Depending on the fixture you can also use the larger diameter fluorescents without issues. i have done this with no problems.

YES...or you may need to check the Honda generator that is supplying the power to you trailer.
