Tank in Movie

I went to see Laws of Attraction today, and in it Pierce Brosnan had a tank that had 4 discus, like 40 cardinals, and live plants. It looked really good, but I think it was way overstocked. I don't know jack about discus, but the tank looked like it was 45-50 gallons. Oh well, I'm sure I was the only person in the theatre that noticed, but it was a neat tank.

hard to say really. if the discus were big it could have been 250 or more gallons and they make it look kinda small. I was at a place the other day had a tank setup similar to that. was 300+ gallons and the discus were the size of a dinner plate.

i'm sure the zeros on the end of the price were as round as a dinner plate too

I judged my estimate by the people standing in front of it, and that was my guess. The discus looked to be the size of a palm. It really was beautiful though.
