I think there are a few threads in the harware/DIY section which show examples - or the Betta forum as this is often utilized to house multiple bettas in one tank.

What are you planning on keeping that would require a dvider?

local glazier, get a piece of glass cut to size and get aquarium safe silicone to put it in place. simples. Or, put your hand flat in the tank, move it back and forth really fast, making an wall and keep this up, forever.

I'm getting some fry and I don't like putting them with other fish or in a breeder box.

And I only want the divider temporary

tricky because the fry will obviously be very tiny so any holes in the divider would need to be even smaller. Some form of netting would be required.
