I have been testing my water for about two months now while my tank was cycling. For the past 3 weeks my water parameters have been...

Ammonia-0
Nitrate-0
Nitrite-0

I am assuming that this means my tank is cycled and i can add a few more fish. Am i right?

Looks like so as long as your tank won't be overstocked! Wish my tank would cycle... (grumble...)

It should be ready. I assume that you have seen the levels rise before they fell and that you been adding ammonia over the past three weeks still? If so then all looks good :)

I have seen the levels rise and then fall but i did not add ammonia. I did a cycle with some mollies because the gyu at my LFS recommended this type of fish to do a cycle. They are all alive and healthy. :)

I see..sorry, I assumed you had done a fishless cycle. Things look good then. Congrats on finishing the cycle!
