Tank Backing? Use Window Tinting Film

I am thinking of getting some window tinting film for the back of my tank, just want a blue colour but without it looking too tacky and held on by selotape. Has anyone else used tinting film for the background of a fish tank.

I have tinted cars before and its pretty easy to do and not expensive. or is there an even cheaper way.

i have used a black rubbish bag on my tank smoothed it all out so no lines or nothing looks realy good and is very cheap

I would be interest if you could post your results, im not really a fan of black black backgrounds so would like to see the results

Theres glue you can get on ebay for about £4.
