So its time for SkiFletch's yearly vacation to they Florida Keys. While I'll be spending a good chunk of my time caring for my Grandmother, I'll also likely be taking at least one, if not a couple dives on Reefs there with my Uncle. He's big into underwater photography and always gives me one to play with too :). So I'm just curious if any of you have any Carribean fish, coral, or invert snapshots you'd like to see if I can find. I'll be happy to keep an eye peeled for a special creature for any of you. I also may be taking a trip out to the Everglades on a kyak, and if so would be happy to take some pics of creatures there.

Obviously, I'll make sure to share what I do come up with, but this is just out there for special requests :)

Get some shots of N. Wennerae in the wild, it's been hard to find any very good shots. Pretty much any interesting inverts would brighten my day. :D

Blue and green rics are native to that area, that'd be cool. Im sure you'll go hunting down some wrasses as well, that'd be fun to see :)

In Hawai'i I from a mottled brow mantis scuttling over rocks. Watched it for a few seconds before a giant wave threw me into the reef; I braced with my hands, and the mantis ran right over them into a cave. Very neat.

Heh, an N. Wennerae is on my personal list, little buggers are gonna be tough to find (and prolly even harder to photograph) but I'll try :). Thanks for the tip on the rics, didn't know they grew there

Um...bring a squirt bottle full of carbonated water and just go around squirting caves and nooks :D That's sure to spark some activity :D

Now those I've seen before, will see what I can do Musho :)

I too would like to see some Ricordea shots if poss Ski.

how about pics of anything you think is cool

This includes hotties on the beach...Im somewhat into blondes but dont tell my girlfriend that...dont let me down Ski. If you can get a snap one of the rare Blondii blueyesus that'd be nice. It's a very common species in that area, it's also not unheard of for them to display very forward and somewhat aggressive behavior if certain beverages are offered. Keep your camera handy, and a Smirnoff Ice in your pocket...because it's always spring break in Florida.

 I'll see what I can do for ya Chris. Although I do prefer the darker haired color morph :p
