Tail problem

Ive had my betta...phish for about 5 mos now. I was gone for about a week though, and no one remebered to chanbe his water, so his tail fin was messed up a little by dragging on the rocks..
It seems to be getting a lot better..
Anyone think I should add any meds to his bowl?

Maybe just some salt. As long a its not finrot, it should grow back fine.

Yes i agree, and try one salt bath on him.
