T5 Twin Starter Unit

Hi,

I have a 2 30W T5 Triton light in my tank. Unfortunately it has stopped working. I believe the tubes are fine but the starter unit has failed. I am trying to buy a twin starter unit but none are available in my local LFS. The only option is to buy 2 of them which I dont want to.

So can anyone recommed a good twin T5 starter unit and where I can order online that would be great.

The one I have is a very light weight, compact and nice. It is something similar to Glomat 2 on ebay

The one I saw in my LFS is heavy and ugly. Sonthing to do with electronic and magnetic... not sure.

Bottom line if anyone can suggest a good T5 twin starter using and where I can order online that would be great.

I have the same problem, ive been looking at that one or the arcadia one.

The arcadia one is twice the price and I need two, if i needed one I would go and buy the arcadia, but that works out pretty expensive when you factor in tubes and everything.

Try an electric distributor... they are cheaper than the local fish shop !
