do not feed blood worms once they are in a cichlid tank though.can be bad.

they should be left in there for atleast a 2 weeks as some illnesses take a little time.

its spirulini enhacned blood worms.. will that make any difference? i dont want to feed that to my other tank.. stuff is a mess... how should i get them to start taking different food not that they have started eating? i just bought some dainichi veggie fx.. will that be enough for everyone in my tank? its a pretty complete diet. i will vary it of course.. would that work for a staple diet for the petros? or will they need something else?

that will work fine for them.and once they are use to eating in front of you you can switch to flake and what not.mine still dont eat in front of me.they are all under 2 inces still though
