Anyone reccomend food for a syno network it gets usually a bloodworm every few days which it devours any advice on this most welcome.

A good catfish pellet like JMC or Hikari and chopped mussel or prawn/shrimp should interest the appetites of any catfish

Also any form of frozen bloodworm/mosquito larve and brine shrimp are good choices aswell.
