is it ok for me to have 1 swordtail female, 1 male platy, 2 female platies, 1 black molly male, 1 female black molly, 2 cories, 1 female sword platy hybrid, and 1 pleco.

The tank is a standard U.S. gallons 20 gallon, with a penquin bio wheel meant for a 50 gallon, do you think i'll be overstocked??

No, you won't be overstocked. One thing to mention, though, is that cories like to be in schools of 3 or more, so one is not the most desirable number for the fish's bets interests.
