I am intending to switch my tank from salt to freshwater in the near future but have a couple of questions which I hope someone will be able to answer for me.

I have some live rock at the moment, will I be able to put it back into a freshwater tank as a decorative feature and if so what do I need to do to prepare it so that I don't poison the water ?

If there are traces of salt left in the tank will this harm the new occupants ?

Thanks

Not that I know anything much, but I believe that a small amount of salt is OK to medicate a tank, but I believe it would be too much, you'd probably have to change everything bar tank, heater, light, and possibly filter. :hyper:
Lots of changes, but I think a tropical is much easier to look after.

Good luck, and post the before/during/after images for gen interest, I'm sure alot of people could learn from it!
