if its not intended to be used for aquatic plants, look at all the ingredients one by one and check if it will harm the inhabitants of your tank

sometimes fertilizers for terestial plants are used for aquatic plants but these are just for single precise dosing like phosphates i think

personally i would just recomment that you go and purchase aquarium plant fertilizers will save you a lot of trouble
