Awwww nice slow death for the crab. Brackish water crabs, need brackish water. At least his has land to go on. Yes they are truely oportunistic feeders eating what ever they can.

been in the tank now for over 8 months and shed its skin twice now

Hi

Mine is a Malawi Crab and I never see him as he also spends all his time in the lid. I am getting fed up with it as I hardly see him. Once he is up there he doesn't come down I have to push him down and he don't seem to eat anything when he is in the lid.
