I have a new 20g freshwater!!!!!!!!!! Help me stock with ideas and comments. I have sand, a cave, plants, and a plastic hut. A filter made for 30g and 200 wat heater!!!!! Stocking............................ I have one opaline gorami he is very peaceful with the fish that i had(barbs, other gorami and cray). I hope to add........ 2 blue ram, 2 lake kubtu rainbow, 1 kuhli loach, 5 neons , 2 bumblebee goby( freshwater type) and beta!!! Can i stock all those!!! Will they get along???????? Temp: 27 pH: 7.0 dH: medium . Thanks and if some fish won't work, give alterintives! Also, what to feed goby mixed anwers.

The blue rams need a temp of 30 or higher, not really appreciated by the rest of your fish. The rainbows and kuhlis should be kept in groups of at least 4-6, the more the better. Neons need a larger group as well. The b.b. gobies, may do ok, feed them meaty foods, brine shrimp, bloodworms...

so what fish do work............... And what are alternatives

A 20 gallon with an opaline gourami... Personally I'd stick with a southeast Asian theme. The gourami, 6 kuhli loaches, 12 harlequin rasboras, 4 b.b. gobies and maybe some cherry shrimp.
