Sunset Platy, Pregnant, Fat, Sick?

My Sunset Platy has been acing very lethargic just floating in place more or less and seems to have doubled in size recently. She's very squared off but I'm not sure she's pregnant or if she's ill. There is a male in with so she may be... but I don't see a gravid spot. Thoughts?

she doesn't look very square but maybe a little bit, but she looks very large...i would expect a large drop from her...

And for future info, if a platy has ever been in the same tank as a male she is prob preggers

I would say she is about...25 days into pregnancy. At any moment she could drop. That is usual behavior for some pregnant fish. Especially platys. I see a little bit of a square shape... Which means she is almost finished and will drop within a day or two or three. Hope this helps!

I had a sunset that did the same, and turned out to be ill, lived another few weeks only.
