Suitable Tank Mates For Oscar

Think I'm guna stick with what i have... Which is my tiger oscar, birchir and firemouth. Don't want to over do it

As long as they get along. Be weary as the Oscar grows. You can either have a docile one or an aggressive one. Sometimes, their true colors do not show until they are adults.

Haha the piranhas were good to watch at feeding time but not too good any other time. They mostly just sat at the bottom of the tank not doing anything. They would be very skittish if anyone walked up to the tank. I much prefer my Oscar and birchir, whenever i walk up to the tank they come to the front as if they are saying hello. Much more personality with these fish. They don't do it if my girlfriend walks up to them. It's as if they recognise me and they know me to be the person who feeds them

My oscars my favourite fish in all 4 of my well stocked large tanks I absolutely adore him. They have such welcoming and fun personalities il never get rid of mine. Yes there constantly hungry very gluttonous fish but keep there bellies well stocked and in my experience won't bother any other fish depending size obviously

Iv got mine in with 2 large synod, a large plec, a humbug catfish a flag chichlid and a red tailed shark and there all happy together and get on fine
