Suitable Oddballs

I have a matured 4x2x2 community tank and im looking to change to larger oddballs! Has anyone got any suggestions i like arowanas but i know this is far too small!

African Butterfly fish

to be honest i like them all i like big fish with personalities to match and the uglier the better! the mrs hates ugly fish and preferes livebearers!

tbh you need to set a starting point, i.e. a fish you definitely want to have,
that way it will be much easier for us to suggest suitable tankmates
