Hi G-skrilla,
A simple thing to do is add a black background.
I've used on the backside of the tank a piece of black poly cut to size, it will hide the wires and such on the back.
Your Plants look healthy!! :good: and water very clear nice work!!! :)
Cheers

Hello there,

I like the second tank much more, maybe a few more background plants, you could build up the area in the corner by the wood with some amazon sword or some nice tall vallis, make it look thicker so it draws the eye in.

Purely going on my preference and the fact that you asked for advice, I feel changing the substrate on the first tank to a more natural colour would make the tank look better. The bright blue seems to take your eye away from everything. You could also remove some of the ornaments and add some nice lumps of bogwood which will look really nice against the plants.

:)

Yeah I think it has to many ornaments I have another piece of driftwood. The ornaments are caves. Should I take one out and add another piece of wood. I think it's mopani wood. Is that good. Changing the sub will be a later project.
