Stupid Question lol

Yesterday I noticed a few tiny bubbles on the side of Oscar's (brown and yellow betta) fish bowl. Today I see there are quite a few in one cluster and a few others scattered around the top. Is this a bubble nest? If it is, that's a good sign, right? Do I need to get rid of it so it doesn't interfere with his oxygen source?

mine did that too the first few days i had them. i think its a bubblenest though. mine stopped bothering after about a week though.

There is no such thing as a stupid question, dixaisy930. It's far better to ask any question than to risk having a problem that could harm your fish.

Bettas and gouramis both blow bubbles from time to time and it is perfectly natural.
