Stuff on gravel/decor

There is this wierd like white cotton candy stuff on my gravel in the front right and on this fake coral on the left? Is it bad? My fish seem to be fine but. I tried to take a picture but you cant really see it in the pictures. It sort of looks like cobwebsa or something or white cotton candy, just subtle little strands here and there. What is it and what should I do?
