Strting A 20 Gallan Tank

Some of the fish I currently considering are...

Zebra dianos
Tiger Barbs, considering Green and regular
Neon Tetras
Cory cat fish
Some type of alge eater, Id get later on trying to decide which one.

i wanted some Glass fish untile I read that they like brakish water, im now thinking they might not be a good idea.

now i knoww that some of these fish are agressive like tiger barbs, i realize that neon tetras are kinda wimpy and might not do well with tiger barbs. These are just pelimenary thoughts. your suggestions aree more than welcome.

When doing a fish cycle,use only hardy fish...do not use neon tetra's as they are NOT good starter fish. But the barbs are good, and the danio's, serpa tetra's are good to as that is what I started my tank with.

does anybody know if there is a happy medium with salt level that can support both regular fish, and glass fish happly?? I really want the glass fish, i was checking them out at petsmart, they were awsome as hell.

thats when i came home and researched them to find out that they can be a pain in the ass to take care of.

You can go slightly brackish with most live bearers, killifish and gobies and other salt tolerant fish BUT NO CORIES
