pretty much as the topic suggests really,i add Stress Zyme on a weekly basis (along with Stress Coat at water change time).
i was wondering if there are any other additives anyone would like to recommend as to keeping the tank clean?
Stress Zyme seems to do a really good job,as does my biological filter system, just wondering what (if any) others use?

Is stress zyme the stuff you can add and it miraculously makes it so you don't have to do water changes??

If it is, I would discourage the use of it. Doing a 20% wc once a week really isn't that much work and honestly, adding chemicals to the tank that are unneeded, is just a crazy risk if you ask me

Stress Zyme, I think, is pretty much like Amquel -- it gets rid of ammo, nitrates and nitrites. It doesn't replace wc, but does help a lot, esp if you run behind on maintenance (like when you take a vacation... you can add some when you first get back to help deal with any problems until you have time to wc).
I use Amquel only, since it does everything you need it to do.

you could try adding some aquarium salt depending on your fish species.
