Strange Tiger barbs!!!

Just thought I'd share a weird thing that happened this morning. I have 8 tigers, and noticed 2 females fighting this morning, so I went over to see what was going on a bit closer. Anyway, their black stripes had gone green. The same green as a green tiger barb. When they saw me coming, they stopped fighting, and literally in front of my eyes, I watched the green colour fade back to black!!!
Never seen that happen before. Very strange!!!

Scary...I never heard of that before....I hope they are ok though.
My fish always do that, they do something naughty then when I come and they notice me they stop and act if nothing happened at all. They also watch me...until I leave the room...really smart fishes ^__^

hey i have 6 tiger barbs and 4 albino tiger barbs and 2 of my tiger barbs have the stripe but it is a shinny green what does it mean any1 know?

Whoa... maybe the green is an aggressive color when they fight?
