Definately a damsal fly nymph. Predators; I would get it out of there.Von rio tetras are the smallest- not a problem, I hope?

So is it possible that this damselfly nymph matured and then left the aquarium? I found a really odd and very similar creature on my window sill!!! I have searched and searched the aquarium and I can't find it anywhere.
