not sure how slow sorry, um go to local shop and buy some frozen prawn's,only a couple of quid, then just take out a few, i add hot water in a tub for a few mins then throw away hot and change for cold, leave a few mins.then chop up the prawns,,,throw them in tank, i use a length of tubing and cover end with thumb filling it with chopped prawn then use this to feed the bottom feeder's, as my tinfoil barbs get all the food, it works a treat, the bottom boys come up to tube waiting for prawn to fall through to grab there goodies
