Strange Fish

Hi all,

Does anyone know why my plec and both walking catfish shoot to the top of the tank then back to the bottom as if they are gulping for air.? I thought it was the water parameters , but they are fine.

Hows your tank aerated?

Plecs do this like you said to breathe air, and thats probably the reason the catfish is doing it.
If they're not doing it all the time it shouldnt be anything to worry about.

Good i think . My spray bar just pushes over the top of the water without causing a splash.
