I managed to move house with my 90g in August (and in the whole process only managed to loose one lemon tetra but I did find an extra oto as I was draining down the tank). I've given it a few months to stabilise and make sure that none of the fish were suffering delayed stress, but now I want to start building my stock levels up.

I currently have
1 x Koi Angel
5 x Lemon Tetra
1 x Green Dragon BN
5 x Sterbai Cories
5 x Oto

I am thinking of adding a school of around 10 Diamond Tetras but I'm stuck between upping my Cory numbers or getting some Bolivian rams.

I've had rams before and loved them but I'm not sure if cories, a bn and rams would be too crowded on the bottom of the tank. I just need some opinions please.

Any advice or suggestions are welcome, I'm like a kid in a sweet shop at the minute, I want everything.

A large school of cardinal tetras I think would look much better than the diamonds , imho 😁

I was thinking larger bodied tetras, my angel like to play the "if it fits in my mouth I'm eating it, even if I choke" game

Yes, around 90 US gallons (360 litres according to the spec), at a conservative estimate to account for the decor.
It's the biggest aquarium I've owned
