Until about two weeks ago I had two whisper 40's and an aquaclear 10. One of the whispers broke (the impeller shattered) so I bought an ehiem canister filter and I think I'll be removing the aquaclear and whisper because of the water splashing noise. The ehiem should be more than enough. Just in case anyone's wondering, my stocking is in my profile. Once again, I'm NOT recommending anybody new to the hobby have a tank that is heavily stocked. Once you get the basics down and decide what type of fish you want, how many, etc then you can slowly add more fish. But make sure you give your fish room, they need to have territories too.
