Stocking

Nearly at the end of a very long fishless cycle (6 weeks) so im thinking about stocking my 22G tank.

I only want smallish fish, so that i could have more of them. I also want an acive tank, so not fish that play dead all day long...

how does this sound?

• 6x Black Neons
• 4x Corys (not sure which yet)
• 2x Something else!!?

what do you think about the "something else"?

and would this make it about the right stocking level?

That sounds fine. Suggestions for "something else":

2-3 female platies (check the anal fin, it needs to look like a fan, not like a rod)

2 honey gouramis (again, females or a male/female pair)- you could go with a trio too (1 male, 2 females)

Dwarf cichlids are nice, or a pair of rams.

Rummy nose tetra, lemon tetra, loads of different kinda platies, (sunset platies, coral red platies)

add a couple German Blue Rams and maybe a small shoal of rummynose tetras.
