Thats exactly what I mean. I think that good rule in thinking if fish fits is: tank should always be 10 times longer than fish. So if fish is 2inch the tank should be 20inch long. 20inch long tank will propably be big enough in gallons also. Well maybe this is not best way to calculate for example plecos space requirement, but in general.
