If you want something surface dwelling get a small group of marbled hatchetfish, they're fairly easy to come by and look great

10 pygmy cory
4 guppies
1 gourami

Yeah they're I think 2-3 inches each and are a nice deep red or yellow color.

Ok cheers sum1 suggested Apistogramma Borellii they look nice could i hve 1-2 of them

Infact jst looked them up n its a no

Just as an afternote, the honey gouramis are the yellow ones, the reds are called red robins
