Fish Crazy
I have currently 1 jewel, 3 otos, and a black neon tetra. (tank info in signature) The tetra I thought I gave to a friend appeared a couple days ago in great condition, and is 3 years old. I want to keep the jewel but have learned he isnt plant safe, so I am trying to make a decsion weither to keep him or not. I want also a well planted aquarium, which it is, and dont want the hundreds of dollars invested to be wasted on a fish I recieved for free. Im trying to think of stocking options for my tank, but am having a hard time considering getting rid of my jewel. I have though have tought of some options, but really dont know if they fit, or are plant safe. Suggestions are the point of the topic so positive feedback will be helpful, and I hop for it.
Tank 1; Jewel Tank
-1 Jewel (see if it works out)
Tank 2: Community Tank
-12 Black Neon Tetras
-1 Male Blue Ram
-5 Otos
Tank 3: Species Farican Cichlid Tank
-4, 1m 3f, yellow labs (doubt it would work)
Tank 4: Shell Dweller Cichlid Tank
- (Someone would have to help me with this one)
but species I was considering were-
-Neolamprologus hecqui
-Neolamprologus brevis
-Lamprologus meleagrise
-Lamprologus attenuatus
Also can you mix these species?
Tank 5: Loach Tank
-5 Zebra Loaches
-6 Black Tetras
-1 Male Blue Ram
