Stocking Ok?

Im going to upgrade my 15g to a 36" tank (30g), these are the fish that i wish to purchase:
2-4 more tetras
2 more cories
2 red whiptails (ive heard they only grow to about 11cm is this true?)
Is this ok so far?

Also have anyone got a reliable site to buy fish in the UK?

Do you keep a betta in with all them?

Yes, the bettas fine.

They really shouldn't be kept with gourami's or tetra's. Not sure about the other fish.

My Beta is in with both a Golden and a Dwarf Gourami (until I get my Fish Wall set up).

He can often be seen flaring his gill covers at the Dwarf, totally ignoring the Golden, but there is never any aggresion.
