Stocking Levels

I am currently cycling a Juwel Rio 125 when it is fully cycled would the following stocking levels be ok:

4 corydoras
3 dalmation mollies (f)
5 swordtails (f)
2 male guppies
Tiger Pleco

Is this combination of fish ok and would i be able to add any more fish to this tank. If so what types of fish do you recommend and how many.

sounds perfectly fine to me..id go wiv 5 males guppies though to ease agression in a male group. can i ask why you want female swordies and mollies do you not want fry?

The female swordtail and molly were both pregnant when i got them ( the molly has now passed away) so i kept the females altogether and separated the males. So i now dont have to worry about being inundated with lots of baby fish LOL

Yeah, you will need at least 3 more Male Guppies to make it work. If you have 2, one will probably be picking on the other a lot. With 5, this can be spread out more.

It seems a little overstocked to me, but that can be okay if you have good filtration, and you do water changes somewhat often. I'd be a little worried about the Mollies nipping on the Guppies, though. This can sometimes work out, it really depends on the fish. Just watch them.

Oh yeah...and if you are getting more Mollies and Swordies from the store...they can still be pregnant, as they store sperm and can have pregnancies from that. Just a warning. That's about the only way to go, though, as both Male Mollies, and especially Male Swordies will be aggressive with each other.

i have mollies and guppys they get along fine, but i guess it depends on the fish as said!

Id mayb only have 3 swordies....

Ok Thanks, The guppies and mollies both ignore each other anyway, just the guppies pick on each other. I decided to leave my 4 young swordtails and young molly in my other tank.
So when my Juwel 125 is cycled i will now have in it
4 corydoras
Tiger Plec
1 Female Swordtail (Nelly)
2 Female Dalmation Mollies
2 Male guppies ( Billy and Stanley)

Would i now have room to add more fish.If so how many and what types.

You're going to need to add more Male Guppies. One day the picking will get more aggressive, so you need a few more to spread the aggression out. If you get a few more of those, you still might have room for some kind of schooling fish, like Tetras or Rasboras.

Thanks i have seen some gorgeous male guppies in my lfs i will add some more when tank is cycled.
