BTW, it seems a pleco and shrimp is a bad idea... So, one or the other.

ok im thinking of going cherry shrimp will plecos hurt peppered cory cats

Plecos are usually fine with other fish, just not always other plecos. They can be a little territorial towards them. I have a BN with panda cories and trilineatus. They get along just fine.
