So i was thinking of getting 3 Keyhole Cichlids, 9 Skirt Tetras, 5 gold barbs, 1 Red Tailed Shark, and 1 Blood Parrot. Idk if a blood parrot or Red Tailed Shark would work together in a 75 gallon.

Side question. How do you prepare and cycle a tank without knowing what are you preparing the tank for?
I always chose the main fish first and based on their need, their requirement i prepare the environment before cycling it. Are you planning to adjust the tank based on that what you pick?
Just curious. Not judging

Now onto the judging. You have the space and you chose to get the minimal recommend amount of shoaling fish where the rule is 'more is better'. Why?

Well I had the tank before with Fancy Goldfish but then they died and I abandoned the tank but then I decided to fill it back up now i need something to put in the tank

Hmmmm, your right how many gold barbs or skirt tetras could I get without overstocking the tank

I won't help you with the proposed stocking because I don't like it, but that is me.
What i consider is, barbs are nippy and don't like long fin fish that are slow and that they can bully. Slow fish and fast fish don't combine.
I also tend to stick with fish from same county at least, but again, just me.
keyhole cichlids are large and shy so if you want this a centerpiece fish, choose them, get the setup done for them, and find one or two tank mates that work. I personally prefer a large shoal of one fish than multiple shoals of small fish

So first of all I would leave the shark. The red tail shark are quite aggressive from what I've read. Rainbow sharks I would also leave there not really suitable for cichlids or other bottom dewelers. Blood parrots can work if you want them it should be fine. I would add the parrot last to the tank. The one other thing I think you should change is the number of gold barbs I would get a bare minimum of ten.

Since there won't be the sharks I would recommend the pictus catfish . There sometimes considered a centerpiece fish. There a active catfish which will add a lot to the bottom of the tank. You would need around 4 or 5 of them. If you want something similar to the sharks the Siamese algae eater. Is a good option. It will eat alage when it's young as it gets bigger it will stop eating algae and start eating anything else. You can keep around 5 or 6 in your tank. There are very similar to the rainbow and red tail sharks but there far more peaceful.
