So the 110l is running, sand sunbstrate, root ornament, few plants... Currently only stocking 7 bronze corys.

Ideally i'd prefer to get a couple of smaller, friendlier cichlids (Honduran red points come to mind) and possibly a shoal of some sort. Just after some advice or stocking ideas if you dont mind!

Many thanks

The tank so far (its not anything special, plan some more plants along to the back and some bogwood on the right)

Bolivian rams are suitable for a community tank and can co-exist with smaller fish such as tetra's. I would say
4 x Bolivian Rams or German Blue Rams
6 x Rummynose Tetra's
5 x cory cats (anyone which you like)
8 x Neon Tetra

What are the dimensions? Water parameters?

Best option is likely to be to a trio of harem-type Apistogrammas (for example, most common ones are A. cacatuoides and A. agassizii), with 15-25 tetras of one species (for example, 20-25 neons or 15 rummynoses). I would also top up the Corys to 10.

4 x Bolivian Rams or German Blue Rams
4 Bolivian rams are not likely to get along in a tank that size, and I have never heard of them reaching their full adult size in a 3 ft (i.e. standard 100 litre) tank. Blue rams are an option, but one would need to make sure to add all of the 2m2f at the same time and if two pairs form, then one fish dies, then it is likely that the remaining pair will harass the individual fish considerably, and potentially to death. From my own experience with blue rams, it is unlikely that adding any new rams to this tank will be successful.

6 x Rummynose Tetra's
While I always recommend that schooling fish are ideally kept in groups of 10-15+ (or an absolute minimum of 6+), rummynose tetras are one of the only species where I consider a group of 10-15+ a *must* instead of an *ideal* because of their behaviour.
