Stocking A 19gallon Tank, 30x15x12

Iv put a small amount of water in with the sand subtrate atm but i havn't got a stand to put it on yet, the water is really cloudy... will this clear after i fill it right up and put the filter in etc?

Did you rinse the sand thoroughly. The cloudiness will clear...don't fill it until you get it on the stand, or you're just going to have to drain it again...

ive only put a tiny bit of water in not even like a fifth, just trying to make sure sand is completly rinsed, it seems to be getting clearer now i keep seeing someone posting with a 20g tank in his signature saying what he has in it... and i want something similar to him... he has a red tail shark and a flash pleco and some others i think, anyone know who it is?

15 Neon Tetras - Paracheirodon innesi

i obviously dont want it identical, wouldnt want that many neon tetras, or the swordtail, maybe something else instead of the rams?
