Wat are your storys of stings or bites u have recieved in your marine tanks or marine experiences

I don't have a great story but I have a large yellow tang and when I'm working on the tank he will come up and grab my finger tip and it scrares the hell out of me! Its always when I'm not looking or paying attention.I think he wants to kill me.lol

I had an acute palytoxin reaction on my finger tips on my left hand. They went all numb. I'm just glad I didn't start going into shock.

But anywho, that was my own stupidity. I had cuts all over my hand.

i got bit by a "freshwater" moray eel, was only a foot long just a youngin left a little mark

o and also when i was like 6 i went to a marine lab and saw a stonefish in a tank and started petting it , i was young and had no idea, it didnt sting me or nothing, followed by the marine lab guy pulling my arm out of the tank

I saw a video of a guy getting his thumb bitten off by a morray eel then they put one of his toes there for his thumb

I saw that, that was disgusting, it looked gross, his stupidity, he was feeding the eel sausages, and his finger looked like sausages, so of course, what do you think the moray eel is going to do? He should feel lucky it didnt eat his other "sausage" if you get what i mean.

Nope, palytoxin can be in acute forms. Trust me on this, I did a lot of research on this after my fingers when numb. Zaos from my understanding can really sting people.
