Steps to keep corydora fry alive?

I have albino fry in a small container that is inside a 10 gallon aquarium. I just did a 50% water change to remove some of the ich x. What is the next step because last time some of the fry died in the container and some I released to early into a new tank? The water that they have been in and have hatched in is from the 10 gallon. I did that so that the transfer from container to aquarium would be less stressfull. How many days should I wait to release them into the 10 gallon? How many water changes per day? Should I use freshwater to do water changes or water from the 10 gallon that is cycled?
