Step-by-step advice

Ok, can you betta experts out there give me step by step advice on how to breed my bettas? I have a crowntail male named Thai Tiam in a 3 gallon on his own, and 3 lovely females in another tank. Can anybody help? Can you tell me about conditioning and everything else plz!
