Starving Fish, Help?

I have a male Crowntail Betta fish, and it is my third fish ever. It came down with the parasite, "Ick" and I noticed when it stopped eating and had white stuff on it. I treated the Ick, but the fish still won't eat. It can't be the Ick Guard because it wouldn't eat anything before I started using it. It's colors are starting to fade, but it doesn't seem to be swimming or reacting any slower, but it won't eat anything.... What should I do? Or is it too late?
