I've found Aqua Medic Biostar Flotor for £100 - says up to 70 gallons and is small and compact. How about that?

TMC v2 400 from ebay 2nd hand £40-50. Brand new £70-80 better skimmer from the reviews i have read on the aqua medic. I have the tmc skimmer and im happy

Yes, the skimmer you linked to was the range I ment. The 500 modle is supposidely a dodgy one, but the 300 and 600 are excellent The AquaMedic one should be OK, as should the TMC V2 400 that Ban says.
